Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, product launches, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal services, severe weather, transport disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Tracking updates may take between 2 and 5 business days to appear after the order has been dispatched.

In some countries, tracking may stop updating temporarily while the parcel is transferred between international and local carriers.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is complete and accurate.

Depending on the destination country, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local import procedures.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages if products are stored at different fulfilment centres.

Packages from the same order may arrive on different days. Separate tracking numbers may be provided.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees if your order is divided into multiple shipments.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has been processed or dispatched.

We are not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and arranging collection or redelivery when required by the local carrier.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, delivery was refused, or the carrier could not complete delivery, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Delayed Orders

An order is not considered lost solely because it arrives later than the estimated delivery period.

Please allow additional time for delays caused by customs, international transport, local carriers, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier or fulfilment partner.

Lost Packages

After reviewing the shipment, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers should first check with household members, neighbours, building reception, and the local delivery carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Because orders are usually processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that cancellation or modification requests can be completed.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
